Al Hugayet Contracting Division aims to provide a complete Engineering and Contracting Service to the industry, namely Procurement, Planning, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Instrumentation, Mechanical and Electrical Systems for both commercial and industrial.

Al-Hugayet has established a track record in the Kingdom not only with the commercial sector, but also with Saudi Aramco, Sceco, Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and with Sabic all whom are currently clients.

We have Successfully completed Electrical  & Mechanical installation projects at Sceco Headquarters, Dammam, The Saudi American Bank, Dammam, King Faisal International Airport, Jubail Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant and Petromin Shell Refinery Company Limited.  In addition to the above, We have performed Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation Pre- Commissioning Services for Saudi Aramco under successive contract since 1984 and the present contract is due for completion in 2006.  Pre- commissioning services have been performed for other clients including Sadaf, Ghazlan Power Plant, Umm-Lojj, Desalination Plant, Layla Power Station and in Petrokemya. 

Al-Hugayet was totally involved in providing Electrical, Mechanical  and Instrumentation maintenance and Technical services for Petromin Shell Refinery Co., Saudi Yanbu Petrochemical Co. (Yanpet), Arabian Oil Company (A.O.C), Saudi European Petrochemical Co. (Ibn Zahr), Arabian Petrochemical Co. (Petrokemya), Eastern Petrochemical Co. (Sharq) and Saudi Methanol (Ar Razi).

Al-Hugayet successfully and proudly completed the revamping of DCS System for Sharq 1 EG Plant and for Samad Port Loading Facilities and major DCS up-gradation job for Aramco Riyadh Refinery. We have considerable experience in installing specialized switching and control equipment for the power distribution industry.  Having installed shunt reactors and SF6 switch gear of various manufacture throughout Saudi Arabia including Umm-Lojj Desalination & Power Plant, Arrar Power Station, Layla Power Station, Haram II, Substation & Bab Al-Alwi (Medina), Substation # 8082 at Olaya, Riyadh and Re-inforcement of Jubail Substation #2.

We have the following on-going renewable long-term projects with Saudi Aramco alone to the tune of approximately SR.180 Million for providing resource-oriented services.
