JOB SKILLS TRAINERS

BS Degree in (Vocational Education or Engineering / Science) plus eight(8) years industrial experience or as  a trainer in industrial or vocational skills including a minimum of 5 years experience as trainer teaching courses equivalent to Saudi Aramco Industrial Skills Courses or Formal Vocational Training and 14 years hands-on experience  in the specialty to be taught

• ELECTRICAL: Heavy Industrial Petrochemical / manufacturing experience required (maintenance not construction experience)

• MECHANICAL: Heavy Industrial Petrochemical / manufacturing experience required. Candidates should be qualified to teach measurement. Technical Sketching, use of Technical Manuals, Lubrication, Bering Maintenance etc.

• PROCESS CONTROL: Previous Maintenance / Troubleshooting experience with one or more systems listed: PLC’s, DCS, Monitoring Systems, Compressor Loading Controls, Gas Chromatography, Data Acquisition Equipment.

• PIPEFITTING: All aspects of maintenance related to Petrochemical Refineries, Maintaining Piping Systems, Heat Exchangers and Hydrostatic Testing

• OPERATIONS: Previous experience of Refinery operations should include the following equipment: Distillation, Reforming, Utilities, Furnaces, Merox Unit, Naptha Hydrotreater. Experience of NGL Process

• RIGGER/SCAFFOLDER): Experience in Petro-Chemical plant rigging, loads with limited space using blocks, winches, jacks & rollers. Erection / Rigging of pipe spools, valves, motors, columns, pumps and steel work using both cranes and Rigging Procedures. Using Cranes with high reach & capacity exceeding 100 Tons. Erect / Dismantle tubular & system Scaffolding.

• DRILLING: BS Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical) with 7 years of experience working in drilling and work over operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or work over rig.
